We chose some of our artworks, those we love most, those we put on our walls, we gave to our friends or those we just locked up in a drawer, waiting the right time.

How to order on-line:
To order on-line you need to register by clicking
"New Sign Up" and creating a new user profile (filling up the form with your datas). Then you can add the items you chose in the shopping cart. When you’ll be ready click on "checkout" and enter the shipping address

How to order via email:
If you do not want to use the on-line form, you can send an email to alberto@recycledarea.co.uk,writing the item name and code (SKU/Code), quantity, billing and shipping informations, VAT number and payment method (bank transfer or cash on delivery).

Technical information:
Every artwork is printed on canvas, art paper 360/720dpi or photographic paper (regular or glossy), using HP or Epson plotters with original inks. Prints on canvas are refined with special acrylic resins and solvents, to protect them from getting yellow and old, and from UV rays that could damage permanently the artwork (color loss)..

Production and Delivery time:
The production, from the day of the order, can last 3-7 business days, and the shipment about 3-5 (outside the EU shipment can last 15 business days)
Note: you will be informed of any delay during production or shipment

Warranty:
We will replace any faulty item (because of the shipping, we do not send faulty artworks!) when we’ll receive it back.
NB** The canvas should not be exposed to direct sunlight, to prevent color loss, so you should not use canvas outside.

Shipping:
Shipping service through Poste Italiane www.poste.it
We will send you a code to monitor your item’s trip using the "Dovequando" tracking service of Poste Italiane’s website.

Whitin Italy we use PaccoCelere3 by Poste Italiane (safe packaging included in price); only for Italy you can ask a different shipping method, please send your request to alberto@recycledarea.co.uk

Outside Italy, the shipping cost depends on the final destination; fixed price until 2 Kilograms (three A2 prints and looms), safe packaging included. If weight is more than 2 Kilograms you will be asked to confirm

Payment:
You can pay using your credit card, with cash on delivery or bank transfer in advance.

Paypal:
Paypal let you use your credit card with no risk, you can find all the information you need on www.paypal.com
(you need to register for free in order to use this payment method).

Cash on delivery (only for Italy)
You will pay at the time of delivery at the address you specified in the order, to the delivery man; you can pay by cash, bank draft or bank cheque. In this case we’ll send you via email the name to make out to, and the cheque must be untransferable. If order exceed 150 € or if it is your first order, we may reject this payment method.

Bank Transfer in advance (only for Italy)
If you choose this method you will receive datas via email.

Attention: bank transfer in advance will cause an additional 5 days to receive and check the payment; to speed up the procedure you can send us via fax to +39.6.97257892 or via email to alberto@recycledarea.co.uk a copy of the accepted order of the bank or the remittance order via home banking specifying the CRO number.
